Dr. Jaco Jurgens

MBChB (Bloemfontein), MBL (Unisa)

Dr Jurgens joined the practice in 1996. He has a special interest in diabetes (Diabetes Centre), mental health & ADHD. Patient care is his priority. Involved in clinical research since 1999 (DJW Research) as Principal and Sub-Investigator.

Dr. Merle Potgieter

MBChB (Pretoria) Diploma in Mental Health (CMSA)

Dr Potgieter joined our team in 2022. She has a holistic, patient-first approach with a broad interest in General Practice with a special interest in Mental Health. Sub-Investigator since 2024 at DJW Research.

Dr. Diana De Sousa

BSc, BHSc(Hons), MBBCh(Wits)

Dr De Sousa joined our team in 2024. She has deep roots in the community and strives to serve with personalised, patient-centred care — taking time to understand each patient's unique health journey.

Dr. Ann van Staden

BSc(Wits), MBBCh(Wits), Dip HIV

Dr Van Staden joined our team in 2023. She has multiple life support and surgical certifications and is skilled in emergency care and comprehensive GP services. She is skilled in treating all ages, from babies to geriatrics.

Dr Revan Schmidt

MBChB (Pretoria)

Dr Revan Schmidt is a General Practitioner who joined our practice in Jan 2026. He has a special interest in musculoskeletal, orthopedic conditions and sports medicine. He is currently completing a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
